New Impact Report.
At Pointer we are commited to embedding positive impact in everything that we do- within our operations, our culture and the way we work. Annual impact reporting enables us to celebrate key achievements, stay accountable and outline targets to move forward. For us, FY23-24 was a year full of growth, improved carbon footprinting and greater involvement within our local community. We are excited to announce that our newest impact report is now live.
Here are some key highlights:
- 65 hours spent volunteering - Giving back to causes that are important to our employees and supporting local initiatives.
- 3 new full-time recruits - Strengthening organisational capabilities and investing in the future.
- 59 hours of pro bono work - Providing expertise to organisations that drive meaningful change.
- £1,500 donated to charity - Supporting social and environmental causes aligned with our values.
- 93 hours spent on training - Empowering our team with knowledge to enhance our impact.
